ABOUT SIKH COMMUNITY 1984

The guardians from the memory of November 1984 are largely the Sikh widows as well as their little ones. The many widows located in Tilak Vihar are generally called ‘Chaurasiye ‘ or eighty four-ers, hence conferring a new form of collective identity to the survivors with the pogrom. Curiously, the traumatic working experience with the survivors
